Our family has gone to a few other cleaners over the years, and I can confidently say Power Plus stands well above any we have ever interacted with. Mike and Spencer were incredibly professional, friendly, and thorough in their work. I hovered over them the entire time, and they made sure to explain in detail what they were doing, and even going above and beyond what was expected of them. We had 2 floors and 1 flight of stairs done. It was done in under 2 hours. Everything looks, smells, and feels incredible. No issues anywhere. Overall tremendous experience, and I HIGHLY recommend Power Plus. We will only be going to them moving forward.

I took a chance on a billboard advertisement for carpet cleaning (801-carpets). It touted the elimination of pet urine. I have a small dog who misses her potty pad, on occasion, and sometimes peeps indoors, though she's potty trained (🙄). Mike and Spencer came prepared with their black light to identify problem areas. Boy, was I surprised at what they found?! They certainly had their work cut out for them! Problem areas were rectified, and my house feels clean again. Whew! I was told that Mike was "OCD" about his work, and, he did NOT disappoint! I'm a perfectionist, and Mike hit it out of the ballpark! I would highly recommend Power Plus Cleaning to anyone who may have similar issues, or if they just want their carpets beautifully cleaned. P.S. Ask for Mike! His commitment to his job is impressive! What other person will get on their hands and knees and actually smell the carpet to identify areas of concern? Mike, that's who! Thanks for a fantastic carpet cleaning experience, Mike and Spencer! My experience with this company was awesome! I responded to a marketing message and a human responded to me. The communication the whole time was amazing. They let me know when they were coming and they had to change the time and I was fine with it because they communicated so well. Josef the tech was professional and also communicated perfectly. He even recorded my gross water being pumped out because I asked to see it. He didn't try any high pressure sales stuff. They just got the job done in a friendly and efficient manner. I will be using them again!

I am always so pleased with the results. They do a fantastic job and make my carpet look like new again. Last year I was painting a room and accidentally dumped a whole gallon of paint on the carpet! I called Power Plus and they advised me on what to do while waiting for them to arrive. They were just finishing up for the day and willingly came as soon as possible. They were there within 20 minutes. They worked so hard and stuck with it until all signs of paint were completely gone! I couldn't believe it! I'm so grateful they were able to save my carpet! I wish I had taken before and after pictures so I could post them on their website. they were just finished with the day.They worked so hard on that mess and were able to get it completely out! I was so happy they were able to save my carpet!
